Discussion - how to develop pupils' intrinsic motivation

Outcome
By the end of this session your ECT will have:
- articulated what impacts pupils' motivation
- identified strategies for helping all pupils to journey from extrinsic to intrinsic motivation in a specific subject
- identified a pupil they teach who is less motivated than their peers in a specific subject
- identified 2 or 3 strategies they'll implement to help increase that pupils's motivation
